Practical steps to balancing your wellbeing

Session information

This interactive and practical session will introduce a simple yet powerful ‘three circles’ model to promote resilience and resilience, and find ways to adapt and cope with the stresses and emotional challenges we have all been facing during the pandemic and beyond. This includes finding ways to balance our sense of Threat, Drive and Self-care. It will include lots of practical tips for improving low mood, managing anxiety, stress and burnout, and finding ways to destress and wind-down.
