Saturday 9 October -
This session will begin by looking at ways to recognise when health professionals may be experiencing moral injury or burnout, which may affect us personally or members of our team, and will explore some personality traits that may make us more vulnerable to developing these difficulties, such as perfectionism, imposter syndrome and excessive personal responsibility. We will also explore some important strategies for self-care that help with prevention, and how to take active steps towards recovery from moral injury and burnout.
